Company Profile

The company Henning Hansen A/S  was grounded in 1937. The company was selling everything from daily kitchen stuff and service equipment as well as hand tools for both private and industrial use.

This lead to an expansion of the company, and at the same time is was the start of selling smaller woodworking machinery.
The company grew in the following years, and in 1967 the company Henning Hansen, Vejle tool magazine were grounded.

The company had in the following years more and more requests concerning machines.

In 1983 it was decided to sell the hardware store off, and focus on the selling of woodworking machinery. The same year Lars Kornmaaler was employed.

The 1st of May 1994 Lars Kornmaaler became the Managing director and co owner of A/S Henning Hansen, Vejle.

With a still positive development, the company had the honor to present a healthy, well functional service program, which secured the costumers a quick and secure handling.

The products were everything from small combined machines to fully automatic production machines.

New Profile in 2002

In 2002 Lars Kornmaaler decides to change the company structure.

This structure leads to the following changes:

• New company name: HH Maskiner 
• Rationalization of the different functions in the company 
• Great placement of the company at highway exit no. 61 at E45. 
• An optimal product program 
• The company is now 100% owned by the Kornmaaler family

The main idea about the new strategy for HH Maskiner is sale and service primary machines for solid wood working processing. As a special competence, machines for shredding, briquetting and pelletizing.   HH Maskiner have a massive network in the Baltic states as well as in parts of Eastern Europe, this leads to more than 30% of the company’s sales.
